Learn how you can make the world a better place just by clicking
The first thing you have to do is create an account with Charub.
Go to Sign-up/Login on the top right corner of the website and create the account by giving us an email address and password.
You will then have to connect your Charub account to your Facebook account. To do this, go to My Account and click the Facebook Connect button. A Facebook login page opens. We do not store your Facebook account details.
We will send you an email with a link so you can validate your account. You will need to click the link to be able to start using Charub. Check your junk/spam mail folder because sometimes emails end up in there.
You should then browse our Charities catalogue, where you will be able to choose up to 4 charities to help.
You can search by charity name, sector or even by geographical area.
If you’re not sure what charities to select, you can click the “Choose charities for me” button and we will randomly select charities from the catalogue.
You can also change your selections so you can help other charities as time goes by. In the Charities selection you will be able to say how to split your contributions amongst the charities you’ve selected.
Next, head over to our Adverts catalogue. You’ll be able to choose up to 4 ads of brands you like.
When you’re happy with your selections, save your changes and we will start posting the ads in your social media page.
You can change your selections when you want, although there is a delay before you’ll see the new ads posted on your news feed.
If you don’t want to select ads all the time, you can click on “Choose ads for me” and Charub will select ads randomly from the catalogue.
When you are logged in, you will be able to see your Dashboard in the My Account area.
The Dashboard shows you a breakdown of total contributions per month, as well as the amount per charity.
We update the data a few times a day so you can see how much you’re raising for your favourite charities.
If you can’t find your favourite charity on the catalogue, please tell us about it. We will continue to add Charities and Ads to the catalogues.
